If you’re outside your host’s cancellation window, you can send your host a request to change your reservation. They’ll review it and either accept or decline the request.
If they accept it, then you’ll have a new reservation and you’re good to go. If your host rejects it, and you can’t make the original date and time, you won’t receive a refund—unless one of the circumstances outlined in our guest cancellation policy for services and experiences applies to your reservation, or if the host, at their discretion, agrees to give you a full refund.
If the options don’t work for you, you can request to book a date or time that’s not on your host’s calendar or you can cancel your reservation.
